Available Equipment
During the pre-arrival check-in process you'll be asked if you have any specific needs and the following equipment is available. We generally can provide one of everything to each cottage - but where we get a large number of requests we may not always be able to accommodate the requests.
Baby Equipment
- Travel cots with mattresses (no bedding)
- High Chairs
- Stair Gates (Pre-fitted to stairs in most locations). Not available at Holly House.
Assistance Equipment
- Handles for toilet and shower access
- Bathboard
- Shower chair
- Covers for mirrors

Hot Tubs
We’re delighted to offer hot tubs at Standlow Farm (Highview Grange, Foxglove Cottage, and The Barn), Holly House, and with the Main House at Stainsborough Hall. They’re perfect for soaking away the stresses of daily life and adding a little indulgence to your stay. (Additional fees apply).

We take your safety and security very seriously and continually update and assess the risks in our properties. Below is all the information you need to understand the steps we have taken to secure our properties and to ensure that they are safe for your stay.
